Super Yachts in Monaco

A marine glazing producer thought that the superyacht and the leisure marine markets were ideal potential sectors to develop. We were asked to research and provide strategies for their development.

I advised that they should develop business in the smaller production yacht sector which would not require significant extra new investment in plant and employees. I recommended that the client should not enter the superyacht sector due to the complex technology requirements of the key players as the costs of entry would be too high.

Their managing director later advised that I had saved his company over £500k in costs. He was very grateful and said that the days that I worked for them were well worth the expense.

I am the director and owner of my consultancy. A graduate in French with post-graduate qualifications in international marketing, I have developed my career and experience in international sales development from junior positions to board level. I can demonstrate hands-on success of setting export strategies and bringing these to fruition.

Working in a range of industrial sectors for SME and listed (LSE and NASDAQ) companies, I have acquired practical knowledge and experience in diverse sectors; however the paramount driving force has been understanding how to apply my skill sets to overcome issues and facilitate export market development.
